The city of Leyland is spread over twenty districts and has a population of 16.2 million people. It is the largest surviving city in the U.K. Its location on the edge of the devastation that is the Euxton Desert allowed the city to grow dramatically as survivors of the destruction of the south of the U.K flooded in. With help from T.J. and Matt Cancer the city was able to finance this growth.
Each district is radically different and has it's own character. From a commercial and economic centre to the most crime ridden hell hole imaginable, this city has it all.
